Boba soy milk tea recipe
Boba is an amazing drink from the heavens! It's refreshing sweet and just flat out amazing. If you love milkshakes and smoothies you will love boba. Today I will be teaching you my favourite boba tea recipe.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Tapioca Pearls
1 tsp. White or brown Sugar
1/2 cup Vanilla Soy milk
1 cup Black tea
Directions:
Take a small saucepan and boil 2 cups of water. Stir in your teaspoon of sugar and add the tapioca pearls. Boil the pearls for 20 minutes then rinse and drain the pearls in cold water. Refrigerate the pearls until they are cold. Once the tapioca pearls are cold take a cup of water and add in the pearls, black tea and soy milk. Then voila you’re done!
