Here are some tips to get that full look without the stickiness.
1. When you curl your eyelashes apply a thin layer of powder on your lashes with a small blending brush before putting on mascara.
2. Instead of putting on one coat of mascara, try applying two coats to your upper and lower lashes. Wait about 1 minute between each coat to avoid clumping.
3. When applying your mascara don't just move the wand upwards. Make sure to go in left to right while moving the wand upwards.
4. After applying mascara, if there are any gaps left use a thin tipped liquid eyeliner to fill in gaps.
